The complimentary breakfast was very good. It were served in a friendly manner. The staff was really helpful. The room was big. It had a comfortable sitting area.
The room was outdated. The plug points were literally falling from the socket. The lighting in the bathroom was dim. It was not ideal.

The staff at the reception was helpful upon my arrival. The breakfast offered a good choice of items. Shutters kept the sun out of the room also.
The room key had a large keyring making it awkward to open the door.

the staff were helpful and friendly. breakfast included a wide selection. my room had working air conditioning and all amenities were in good condition. i also received complimentary lemonade each day if i returned to the hotel.
the massive keyring attached to the room key made it awkward to open the door

The room was spacious with ample storage. I found plug sockets located in convenient locations. A comfortable sitting area was available in the room. The included breakfast was delicious. the staff remembered my drink order after the first day..
The bathroom had dim lighting. I noticed this made it slightly difficult to see clearly while getting ready.

Surprised by this Gem!
quiet roomamazing staffsteep street
The location were very good. I got a room at the back, it was quiet. Shutters on the windows made the room really dark. I got good sleep. The staff proved amazing. Susan, Teresa.
The hotel located on a steep side street, but that not with mobility issues. It was difficult, I think the street not be suitable for older guests, or those with disabilities.
